Gift from alumnus Gordon Hartley

The Alumni Club received notification this summer that we were the recipients of a gift from Brother Gordon Hartley. Gordon passed away a couple of years ago, but prior to his passing he chose to “give back” to Phi Sigma Kappa. He left us a gift of approximately $63,000, which was to be earmarked for scholarships. We have thus set up a Chapter Educational Fund through the Phi Sigma Kappa Foundation, from which we will award two scholarships each year at homecoming and an additional two scholarships each year at A-Day. THANK YOU to Brother Hartley…we are eternally grateful for your friendship and your service to Phi Sigma Kappa, and also for your gift to support our undergraduates in their academic pursuits.
